Skin quality, treated properly.

The non-surgical route to better skin quality — hydration, firmness and texture — through treatments we genuinely offer: skin boosters (Profhilo), polynucleotides, PRP facial rejuvenation, chemical peels and mesotherapy, matched to your skin at consultation. Not volume, not wrinkle-relaxing: the skin itself.

Overview

Volume, movement, or skin quality?

It helps to separate three different goals. Volume restoration uses dermal filler to replace lost structure. Wrinkle-relaxing treatment uses botulinum toxin to soften expression lines. Skin rejuvenation is different again: it improves the quality of the skin itself — hydration, firmness, texture, tone and radiance — rather than adding volume or freezing movement.

This page covers the skin-quality treatments we offer. Which one (or combination) suits you is decided at a face-to-face consultation with a doctor.

Several of these — polynucleotides, PRP and Profhilo skin boosters — are regenerative or restorative treatments that work with your skin’s own biology to support hydration, firmness and collagen. We describe their likely benefit honestly and avoid exaggerated collagen, regenerative or anti-ageing claims.

Treatments we offer

The skin-quality toolkit.

Skin boosters (Profhilo®)

Stabilised hyaluronic acid to improve hydration, firmness and skin quality. Not a filler — it does not add volume. Standard protocol is two sessions four weeks apart; also used on neck and hands.

Polynucleotides

Polynucleotides support skin regeneration and are particularly used around the under-eye area and for fine lines, typically over two to three sessions a few weeks apart.

PRP facial treatment

Your own platelet-rich plasma, re-injected to support skin renewal — useful for texture, dullness and post-acne scarring, usually as a short course.

Chemical peels

Medical-grade peels matched to your skin and concern for pigmentation, acne, fine lines and dullness. Light peels have no downtime; medium-depth peels involve a few days of peeling.

Mesotherapy

Micro-injections of vitamins, minerals and hyaluronic acid into the upper skin for hydration and glow — best for skin quality, not volume or wrinkles.

We only list treatments we actually provide. PRP is also offered for hair and scalp — see our PRP service.

Combining treatments

Often a plan, not one thing.

Skin quality usually responds best to a considered plan rather than a single treatment. Skin boosters and polynucleotides address hydration and regeneration; peels address surface pigmentation and texture; PRP supports renewal; mesotherapy adds glow. These are sometimes sequenced or combined over a course, and paired with good medical skincare and daily sun protection. The purpose of a doctor-led consultation is to build the right sequence for your skin, at a sensible pace, rather than to sell a fixed package.

Suitability

Who it may suit.

Skin rejuvenation can suit adults wanting to improve dull, dehydrated, uneven or crepey skin, early fine lines, or post-acne texture, who understand that skin-quality treatments are gradual and course-based. Suitability, and the right treatment, are confirmed at consultation. Some treatments are not appropriate in pregnancy or breastfeeding or over active skin infection.

Consultation & what’s involved

How it works.

At a doctor-led consultation we assess your skin and concerns and recommend honestly — including doing nothing, or a simpler skincare-first approach, where that is the sensible answer. Most treatments are injectable micro-treatments or topical peels performed in a short appointment, planned as a course with occasional maintenance.

Outcomes & limits

Honest expectations.

These treatments aim to improve skin quality gradually; individual response varies and results are not guaranteed. We describe the likely degree of change realistically and do not make exaggerated collagen, “regenerative” or anti-ageing promises. Where the evidence for a treatment in a particular use is stronger or weaker, we will tell you which.

Safety & aftercare

What to expect.

Injectable skin treatments can cause temporary redness, small bruises or tenderness; small raised bumps after skin boosters typically settle within a day. Peels cause controlled redness and, at medium depth, a few days of flaking. Aftercare is treatment-specific — sun protection is important throughout — and we give you clear written guidance for your plan.

FAQs

Common questions.

What are polynucleotides and Profhilo?

Both are injectable skin-quality treatments. Profhilo is a stabilised hyaluronic acid skin booster that improves hydration and firmness across an area — it is not a filler and does not add volume. Polynucleotides are used to support skin regeneration, particularly around the under-eyes and for fine lines. Which (if either) suits you is decided at consultation.

Which treatment is right for me?

That is exactly what the consultation decides. Skin-quality concerns (dullness, fine lines, under-eye crêpiness, texture, pigmentation) can point to skin boosters, polynucleotides, PRP, peels or mesotherapy — often in combination and course-based. We recommend based on your skin, not a package.

How is this different from filler or anti-wrinkle treatment?

Filler restores volume; anti-wrinkle treatment relaxes movement; skin rejuvenation improves the quality of the skin itself — hydration, firmness and texture. They address different things and are sometimes combined.

Is there downtime?

It depends on the treatment. Skin boosters, polynucleotides and light peels have little to no downtime; medium-depth peels involve a few days of visible peeling. We tell you what to expect for the specific plan.

How many sessions will I need?

Most skin-quality treatments are course-based — for example skin boosters are usually two sessions four weeks apart, and PRP or polynucleotides a short course a few weeks apart — followed by occasional maintenance. Your plan is set at consultation.
