Not for emergencies. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.

What it helps with

More than a treat

  • Muscle tension and tightness
  • Recovery after training or events
  • Niggles and minor soft-tissue strains
  • Desk-posture neck and shoulder tension
  • Injury prevention and mobility
  • Support alongside a physiotherapy plan

How it works

Tailored to you

  1. A brief chat about your goals, training and any problem areas.
  2. Targeted soft-tissue and deep-tissue work.
  3. Advice on stretches, mobility and self-care.
  4. Onward physiotherapy assessment if an injury needs it.

Joined-up

Massage plus physio when needed

Part of a bigger picture

Massage is great for recovery and tension — but if there’s a genuine injury, our physiotherapists and sports-medicine team are right here, so you get the right treatment, not just a rub-down.

Good to know

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

Is sports massage painful?

It can be firm but shouldn’t be painful — we work to your comfort.

How often should I have it?

Depends on your training and goals — we’ll advise.

Can it fix an injury?

It helps recovery and tension; a true injury needs a physio or sports-medicine assessment, which we can arrange.

Do I need to be an athlete?

Not at all — it helps desk workers and weekend exercisers just as much.

Ease tension, recover faster
