Most of our clinicians work fee-based sessions alongside other NHS or private commitments — one or two clinics a week, an evening list, a regular monthly clinic. We host the room, the team, the patients, and the admin. You bring the clinical work. 50/50 fee split. You set your hours.
We protect appointment lengths so you can do thorough, unhurried consultations — the kind that brought you into medicine.
GPs, consultants, psychologists, sonographers and HCAs work side by side — easy on-site referrals, real teamwork.
Cloud EHR (Pabau), on-site ultrasound, minor procedures suite, dedicated mental health rooms.
Sessional, part-time, full-time, and bank shifts. Open Mon–Sat — we can usually match the pattern that fits your life.
Our staff speak English, Turkish, Russian, Bulgarian, Romanian and more. We value cultural fluency as a clinical skill.
On Whitechapel Road at the City’s eastern edge — 3 minutes from Aldgate East, 5 from Whitechapel Elizabeth Line. Easily reachable from Central London, the City and across the capital.
No salary, no rota politics, no NHS-style overheads on your time. We host the clinic; you bring the clinical work. Most clinicians here work alongside an NHS post or another private clinic — one or two sessions a week, evening slots, weekend lists, or a regular monthly clinic that fits around the rest of your life.
Half the consultation fee to you. Half to the clinic for the room, reception, marketing, indemnity contribution, clinical governance, ultrasound and equipment, electronic notes, prescribing platform, and patient follow-up. No subscription fees, no minimum sessions, no claw-back.
Set your own clinic days and slot length. One evening a fortnight, a Saturday morning every month, a full weekly list — whatever fits. We’ll set up your Pabau calendar and route patients to you accordingly.
A large, active patient base across Central and East London and a busy referral pipeline from our GPs. You can also bring your own patients if you have a private list — many of our consultants do.
These are positions we’re looking to fill now or build an ongoing pool for. Get in touch via the form at the bottom — or email us directly.
We’re building a bank pool of Healthcare Assistants to cover occasional shifts — evenings, Saturdays, holiday cover for our regular team. Hourly rate, flexible commitment, no minimum hours.
You’ll do: phlebotomy, ECG, observations, chaperoning, minor procedures support, sample handling, reception support during quieter clinical hours.
We’d like: phlebotomy and ECG competence (essential), prior NHS or private clinic experience, right-to-work, DBS, immunisation records. Multilingual a bonus.
Adult ADHD assessment and titration is one of our highest-demand services and the area where waiting times are most stretched. We’re always open to talking to additional qualified assessors — psychiatrists or specialist nurses with ADHD assessment competency.
You’ll do: Stage 1 telephone consultations, Stage 2 full assessments (DIVA-5, Connors, collateral history), diagnostic reports, titration plans, follow-up reviews.
Competitive fees — enquire for assessor terms. We’re open to different arrangements depending on volume and experience.
GMC GP Register. Same-day GP sessions, occasional evening or weekend cover. Standard 50/50 fee split.
HCPC-registered. MSK / sports / women’s health. To complement our existing physio team for evenings and weekend slots.
BPS, HCPC, BABCP or UKCP-registered. CBT, EMDR, integrative therapy, couples / family therapy, eating disorders.
Patient services coordinators, evening/weekend cover, multilingual front-of-house (Turkish, Bulgarian, Bengali, Arabic particularly welcome).
We have a busy patient base across Central London and East London and constant requests for specialties we don’t currently cover. If you’re a GMC-registered consultant in any of the areas below and looking for a flexible private clinic to run sessions from — one a week, one a month, or a regular monthly clinic — we’d like to talk.
50/50 fee split. You set the hours. We handle the rest.
Note: we don’t have an operating theatre — we host consultations, pre-op assessment, follow-up and minor in-room procedures only.
If your specialty isn’t mentioned and you think there’s a patient demand we’re missing, get in touch anyway. We’re always open to discussing a new clinic stream if the case is there.
