    The price covers the clinician’s appointment, assessment and a written summary with referral guidance.

    Scans include the report. Standalone blood profiles are priced for the test; a consultation to interpret them may be separate.

    Bundles such as the Comprehensive Health Check or an STI screen are one price, with the included items listed.

    Are the prices shown the final price?

    For fixed-price services, yes — the price shown is what you pay, with no membership and no booking fee. Some procedures show a ‘from’ price or a range because the final cost depends on complexity; where that applies, it is confirmed at a consultation or consultant assessment before anything goes ahead.

    Do I need to pay a consultation fee as well?

    It depends on the service. Consultation prices already include the clinician’s appointment. Standalone tests and scans — such as fertility or hormone profiles — are priced for the test only, and a consultation to choose and interpret the test may be charged separately. This is noted beside the relevant prices.

    Do blood-test prices include the doctor consultation?

    No. Blood-test and profile prices are for the test itself. A GP or specialist consultation to arrange the right tests and interpret the results is charged separately.

    Are scan prices inclusive of the report?

    Yes. Our ultrasound and scan prices include the scan and its written report.

    Do you charge a booking fee?

    No. There is no booking fee and nothing is added after your appointment.

    Do I need a GP referral?

    No referral is required to book as a self-pay patient. If you use private medical insurance, your insurer may ask for a referral or pre-authorisation.

    Can I use private medical insurance?

    We’re recognised by most major UK insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva, Cigna and WPA. Coverage depends on your insurer and policy, so please confirm your cover with them before booking.

    When do I pay?

    Payment is taken at the time of your appointment, by card or bank transfer. For procedures, the final price is agreed with you first.

    Can you provide a quote before I book?

    Yes. For anything not listed, or where a ‘from’ price applies, contact us and we’ll confirm the price before you book.

    Do prices change?
