Aesthetic surgery

Mr Ghorbanian’s private practice is dedicated to aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body, with results that look natural and in proportion.

• Face: Facelift and facial rejuvenation, to restore a refreshed, natural appearance without looking “done”. Upper and lower blepharoplasty, to address heavy upper eyelids, excess skin and under-eye bags. He also performs lip lift and buccal fat removal.
• Breast: Breast augmentation, uplift, reduction and revision surgery, each planned around your anatomy, proportions and goals.
• Body: Mummy makeover, combining breast and tummy surgery to address the changes of pregnancy. Abdominoplasty, liposuction and male chest reduction.

Mr Ghorbanian has admitting rights at a clinic on Harley Street, where he performs major operations. Your consultation can take place at Tower Bridge Hospital.

Skin cancer surgery and reconstruction

Mr Ghorbanian treats skin cancers, with careful reconstruction to protect appearance, particularly on the face. His NHS work includes free flap microsurgery for complex reconstruction.

Minor surgery

He also removes moles, cysts, lipomas and other skin lesions, performs skin biopsies, and offers scar revision and earlobe repair, usually under local anaesthetic.

Approach

Mr Ghorbanian aims for natural, proportionate results that still look like you. He gives honest advice about what surgery can and cannot achieve, including when it isn’t the right choice, so you can decide without pressure.

Training

He studied medicine at Barts and The London, where he was awarded a prize for academic achievement and research. He trained in plastic surgery as a national trainee on the prestigious Pan Thames rotation, at The Royal London, Imperial College Healthcare and Chelsea and Westminster, and in Nottingham. This was followed by microsurgery fellowships at St Mary’s and The Royal London, an aesthetic surgery fellowship at The London Clinic, Marylebone, and further training in aesthetic surgery in South Korea and reconstructive surgery in Japan.
