If your child is seriously unwell — call 999 or take them to A&E. We're a private outpatient service, not an emergency service. The Royal London Hospital (5 minutes' walk) has a paediatric A&E.

What it helps

Turning intentions into habits

Lifestyle has a bigger impact on long-term health than almost anything else. A coach works with you to set realistic goals and stay on track with:

  • Weight, nutrition and eating patterns
  • Physical activity and building sustainable routines
  • Sleep, stress and resilience
  • Reducing risk of, and better managing, conditions like high blood pressure and pre-diabetes

How it works

Personalised, and joined-up

We start by understanding your health, your goals and what’s got in the way before. Your coach then builds a plan and supports you through regular sessions — practical, motivating and tailored to your life. It works hand-in-hand with our health checks, weight management, longevity and medical services, so your coaching is grounded in your actual results.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

Is health coaching the same as seeing a doctor?

No — it complements medical care. A coach helps you make and sustain lifestyle changes, working alongside our doctors, and grounded in your health data and goals.

What can it help with?

Building habits around food, activity, sleep and stress; supporting weight loss; and reducing the risk of, or better managing, conditions like high blood pressure and pre-diabetes.

How is it structured?

As a personalised programme of regular one-to-one sessions, with goals and check-ins. We agree the right length with you.

Does it work with my other care?

Yes — it’s designed to join up with your health checks, weight-management, longevity and medical services so everything pulls in the same direction.
