What we help with

Every symptom taken seriously

  • Hot flushes and night sweats
  • Low mood, anxiety and brain fog
  • Sleep problems and fatigue
  • Low libido and vaginal dryness
  • Bladder and urinary symptoms
  • Joint aches and stiffness
  • Irregular or heavy perimenopausal periods
  • Premature or early menopause
  • Menopause after cancer (non-hormonal options)
  • Bone and heart health in menopause

How it works

A plan built around you

  1. An unhurried consultation and full history.
  2. Blood tests where they help (often the diagnosis is clinical).
  3. A personalised HRT or non-hormonal plan.
  4. Body-identical HRT options explained clearly.
  5. A follow-up to fine-tune, then ongoing annual reviews.

HRT, explained honestly

Individual, evidence-based

Not one-size-fits-all

We follow NICE guidance and discuss the benefits and risks of HRT for you — your history, your symptoms, your preferences. We offer body-identical HRT, testosterone for low libido where appropriate, and effective non-hormonal options where HRT isn’t suitable.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care complements, and does not replace, being registered with an NHS GP.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

Do I need blood tests to start HRT?

Often not — in women over 45 the diagnosis is usually made from your symptoms. We test when it will change the plan.

Is HRT safe?

For most women the benefits outweigh the risks. We discuss your individual picture so you can decide with confidence.

Can you prescribe testosterone?

Where appropriate for low libido, yes — with monitoring.

What if I can’t take HRT?

There are effective non-hormonal options, and we’ll build a plan that suits you.
