  • Your medical history Thyroid, diabetes, heart, gallbladder or any other conditions.
  • Anything you’re currently taking Other treatments, supplements — so we can keep you safe.
  • Examination & blood tests Blood pressure, body composition, and blood tests where helpful.

Baseline assessment

Blood tests & health check.

We have on-site phlebotomy, so baseline bloods and observations can be arranged as part of your assessment — individualised to your history, not a fixed panel.

A proper baseline helps us prescribe safely and monitor your response. Testing is individualised: not every patient needs every test. Depending on your history and the treatment being considered, baseline assessment may include:

  • Weight, BMI and (where appropriate) waist measurement
  • Blood pressure and pulse
  • HbA1c and/or blood glucose
  • Kidney (renal) function
  • Liver function
  • Cholesterol and lipids
  • Thyroid assessment where indicated
  • Other tests determined by your clinical history
