Snapshots vs the full picture
A standard ECG lasts seconds; a Holter monitor records for a day or more to catch intermittent palpitations. Ambulatory blood-pressure monitoring is more accurate than clinic readings. If you have severe or ongoing chest pain now, call 999.

What is a Holter monitor?
A small, wearable ECG worn for 24 hours or more to catch heart-rhythm problems that come and go.
Why 24-hour blood pressure monitoring?
It’s more accurate than one-off clinic readings and avoids the ‘white-coat’ effect.
Is the exercise stress test safe?
It’s performed with continuous monitoring by trained staff.
Do you have a cardiologist?
Yes — for specialist reporting, echocardiograms and onward cardiology care.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly with us. If you have a referral letter or previous results, bring them along — they help us avoid repeating tests.
How quickly can I be seen?
Appointments are often available within days, and we are open 7 days a week, 9am–7pm. Call 020 7916 0029 if your symptoms are worrying you and we will look for the earliest slot.
Will you write to my NHS GP?
