Sleep, properly restored.

Snoring, waking unrefreshed, or falling asleep in the day can be more than a nuisance — and untreated sleep apnoea affects your heart and health. We assess your sleep, arrange the right sleep study, and guide your treatment.

A plan
for better sleep

Not for emergencies. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.

What we help with

When sleep isn’t working

  • Snoring and disturbed sleep
  • Suspected obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA)
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Insomnia and poor sleep quality
  • Waking unrefreshed or with headaches
  • Sleep problems linked to weight, blood pressure or mood

How it works

Assess, test, treat

  1. A consultation about your sleep, symptoms and risks.
  2. Screening questionnaires and, where indicated, a referral for a home sleep study.
  3. A clear explanation of the results.
  4. A management plan — lifestyle, weight, positional advice, and referral for CPAP or ENT where needed.
  5. Follow-up to check things are improving.

Why it matters

Sleep apnoea is worth treating

More than snoring

Untreated obstructive sleep apnoea raises the risk of high blood pressure, heart problems and daytime accidents. It’s very treatable — which is why getting assessed is worthwhile. We assess and arrange sleep studies, and refer for CPAP or ENT treatment where needed.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

How is sleep apnoea diagnosed?

Usually with a home sleep study, which we arrange after assessing you.

Do you provide CPAP machines?

We assess and refer for CPAP and its set-up where it’s the right treatment.

Can you help with insomnia?

Yes — assessment and evidence-based advice, and referral for therapy (CBT-i) where helpful.

Is snoring always sleep apnoea?

No — but it can be a sign, so it’s worth checking if you also feel tired or stop breathing in your sleep.
