Overview
“Longevity” has become a marketing word. We mean something concrete and medical: healthspan — the years you spend in good health — supported by identifying risks early and acting on them with proven interventions. We do not promise a longer life, reversed biological age, or guaranteed prevention of disease, because no honest clinician can.
What it brings together
Rather than a novelty package, this is a structured clinical review that draws on services we already provide and connects them into one personalised plan:
A broad baseline of your health.
Targeted panels through our laboratory.
Blood pressure, lipids and heart-risk review.
Glucose, HbA1c and related markers.
Where clinically indicated.
Where relevant to your risk.
Input as appropriate.
Tied together with a preventive GP review.
What “healthspan” means
Lifespan
How long you live
Healthspan
How long you stay healthy, active and independent
Lifespan is how long you live; healthspan is how long you stay healthy, active and independent. Most of what shortens healthspan — cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers — develops quietly over years and is shaped by risk factors we can measure and change. The practical aim here is simple: find those risks earlier than a symptom would, and act on the ones that matter, using interventions that have real evidence behind them.
Suitability
It may suit adults who want to be proactive about their health — understand their risks, get an objective baseline, and act early — rather than waiting for symptoms.
It is not a substitute for urgent care or for management of an existing diagnosed condition, though it can complement them.
How it works
You start with a clinical consultation to understand your history, concerns and goals. We agree which assessments and tests are genuinely useful for you, carry them out, and then bring the results together into a clear, personalised plan — what your risks are, what to act on first, and which interventions are worthwhile. Where advanced testing is used, we only include tests actually available through the hospital and our laboratory partner, chosen because they change what we recommend.
A typical pathway
A typical journey is an initial consultation to map your history, priorities and family risks; a set of assessments and tests chosen specifically for you; and a follow-up where we bring everything together into a written, prioritised plan — with clear actions, any referrals within the hospital’s own services, and a sensible review interval. You leave understanding your risks and exactly what to do about them.

Interventions
The most valuable actions are often the least glamorous: controlling blood pressure, improving metabolic health, sleep, activity and appropriate screening. Where a treatment such as IV therapy, vitamin replacement or hormone treatment is clinically appropriate, we’ll recommend it — but only where it is justified, never as an automatic upsell. Longevity & Wellness is the umbrella for this personalised, preventive approach, drawing on regenerative and restorative options — such as PRP, NAD+ therapy and vitamin replacement — only where they are clinically appropriate and described with honest, evidence-aware expectations.
Limits & honesty
We will not promise a longer lifespan, biological-age reversal, anti-ageing outcomes, or a guarantee against disease. What we offer is disciplined preventive medicine: earlier insight into your risks and evidence-based steps to protect your future health.
FAQs
No. We don’t promise longer life or reversed biological age — no honest clinic can. This is preventive, clinician-led healthcare focused on healthspan: identifying risks early and acting on them with evidence-based interventions.
A structured clinical review that draws on services we already provide — health screening, blood testing, cardiovascular and metabolic risk assessment, hormone assessment where indicated, weight and lifestyle review, and men’s or women’s health input — joined up into one personalised plan.
We use blood and diagnostic tests genuinely available through our laboratory partner, chosen because they inform your care. We don’t order novelty tests that won’t change what we recommend.
No. Interventions — including IV therapy or vitamin treatment — are only suggested where clinically appropriate. Often the highest-value actions are lifestyle, risk-factor control and appropriate screening.
Assessment areas
Each is assessment and advice, chosen for you where clinically appropriate — not a fixed package.
Cardiometabolic
A focused look at how your body handles sugar and fat — the drivers of type 2 diabetes, fatty liver and cardiovascular disease. It is assessment and advice, closely linked to (but not a duplicate of) our weight service.
Explore Weight Management, Blood Tests and Health Screening & MOT. For medical weight-loss treatment, see the dedicated Weight Management service — we won’t repeat it here.
Symptom-led
A careful, symptom-led review of hormone-related health as you age — not a promise to “optimise” or “balance every hormone.” Where symptoms and clinical indication justify it, we test appropriately and explain what the results mean.
We avoid anti-ageing hormone claims and hormone-optimisation promises: hormones are assessed and treated on clinical need, not as a longevity product.
Assessment & triage
Poor sleep affects almost every aspect of health. This is an assessment and triage pathway — understanding your sleep and, where needed, arranging the right investigation.
To be clear: this is assessment and appropriate referral. Our IV, B12/D and NAD+ services are not treatments for sleep apnoea or sleep disorders, and we do not present them as such.
