Stopping smoking is the single best thing you can do for your health — and you’re far more likely to succeed with the right support. We build a personalised quit plan combining proven medication with practical, judgement-free coaching.
If your child is seriously unwell — call 999 or take them to A&E. We're a private outpatient service, not an emergency service. The Royal London Hospital (5 minutes' walk) has a paediatric A&E.
Why do it with support
Willpower alone works for very few people. Combining stop-smoking medication with behavioural support gives you roughly three times the chance of quitting for good compared with going it alone. We bring both together in one plan.
Your consultation
We ask about how much and how long you’ve smoked, your previous quit attempts and what got in the way, your general health and any medicines you take. We can measure your carbon-monoxide level as a baseline and set a realistic quit date with you.
Treatment options
We follow national (NICE) guidance and choose the approach that fits you:
Staying stopped
The first few weeks are the hardest. We follow up to keep you on track, adjust medication, and help you get straight back on plan after any slip — without judgement. A lapse is part of the process, not a failure.
Good to know
You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.
You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.
Fees
Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Both can work. Licensed stop-smoking medicines and NRT are well studied and available on prescription; vaping is substantially less harmful than smoking and helps many people quit. We give you honest, evidence-based advice for your situation.
Yes, where they are clinically suitable for you. We assess your health and any other medicines, explain how the medication works and its side effects, and monitor you during the course.
Yes. If you’ve switched to vaping and want to come off it completely, we build a step-down plan to reduce nicotine and stop for good.
Most people do well with an initial consultation and a few follow-ups over the first two to three months. We agree a schedule that suits you.
Yes — NHS stop-smoking services are free and effective, and we’re happy to point you to them. Some people prefer the flexibility and continuity of private appointments; either route is a great decision.
