Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care uses hands-on assessment and adjustment of the spine and joints to relieve back and neck pain and improve movement. Delivered by a regulated chiropractor, it sits naturally alongside our physiotherapy and MSK services.

If your child is seriously unwell — call 999 or take them to A&E. We're a private outpatient service, not an emergency service. The Royal London Hospital (5 minutes' walk) has a paediatric A&E.

What it helps

Hands-on help for back and neck

Chiropractic focuses on the spine, joints and how you move. People commonly come for:

  • Low back pain and sciatica
  • Neck pain, stiffness and tension headaches
  • Joint aches and postural problems
  • Getting moving again after strains and flare-ups

What to expect

Assessment first, then treatment

Your chiropractor takes a full history and examines your spine, posture and movement before any treatment. Care may include gentle joint adjustment, soft-tissue work and exercise advice. Everything is explained, and we tailor the approach — including gentler techniques — to you.

Safe, joined-up MSK care

The right professional for the problem

We keep your care joined up with physiotherapy, MSK and, where needed, imaging and injections — and if your symptoms suggest something that needs medical assessment or a scan first, we’ll arrange it before hands-on treatment.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

Is chiropractic safe?

In the hands of a regulated chiropractor, and after proper assessment, it’s generally safe. We screen for anything that would make manipulation unsuitable and use gentler techniques where appropriate.

What’s the difference between chiropractic, osteopathy and physio?

There’s a lot of overlap. Chiropractic and osteopathy focus more on hands-on joint and spinal techniques; physiotherapy leans more on exercise and rehab. We can help you choose, and combine them.

Will I hear a click?

Some adjustments produce a painless popping sound as the joint moves — it’s normal and not a sign of anything cracking. Gentler techniques are available if you prefer.

Do I need a scan first?

Not usually, but if your history or examination suggests it, we’ll arrange imaging before starting hands-on treatment.
