If your child is seriously unwell — call 999 or take them to A&E. We're a private outpatient service, not an emergency service. The Royal London Hospital (5 minutes' walk) has a paediatric A&E.

What it helps

Healthy, comfortable feet

Podiatrists (chiropodists) look after the health of your feet — important for comfort, mobility and, especially, for anyone with diabetes. Common reasons to be seen:

  • Painful, thickened or ingrown toenails and hard skin/corns
  • Diabetic foot checks and care to protect against complications
  • Heel and foot pain (e.g. plantar fasciitis) and biomechanical problems
  • Orthotics and footwear advice, verrucae and fungal nails

How we arrange it

A trusted partner, coordinated care

We connect you with a regulated podiatrist and keep things joined up with your other care here — particularly our diabetes and MSK services, since foot health matters most for those groups.

This service is delivered by a trusted, regulated partner practitioner working with our clinic, so your care stays joined up and your records stay in one place.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.
  • This service is delivered by a trusted, regulated partner practitioner working with our clinic, so your care stays joined up and your records stay in one place.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.

Common questions

Why is podiatry important if I have diabetes?

Diabetes can reduce sensation and blood flow in the feet, so small problems can escalate. Regular podiatry checks help catch and prevent serious complications.

Can podiatry help heel or foot pain?

Yes — podiatrists assess your gait and biomechanics and can provide treatment, exercises and orthotics for conditions like plantar fasciitis.

Do you treat ingrown toenails?

Yes, this is arranged through our podiatry partner; more involved nail surgery can be arranged where needed.

Do I need a referral?

No — we arrange it for you and keep your care coordinated with the rest of your treatment.
