If your child is seriously unwell — call 999 or take them to A&E. We're a private outpatient service, not an emergency service. The Royal London Hospital (5 minutes' walk) has a paediatric A&E.

What it helps

Whole-body, hands-on care

Osteopaths use their hands to assess and treat, taking a whole-body view of how your muscles, joints and posture work together. It’s commonly used for:

  • Back and neck pain
  • Joint and muscle aches and stiffness
  • Postural strain and recurrent tension
  • Getting moving after injury or overuse

How we arrange it

A trusted partner, joined-up care

We connect you with a regulated osteopath and keep your care coordinated with our physiotherapy and MSK services, so everyone’s working from the same plan. If your symptoms need medical assessment or a scan first, we arrange that.

This service is delivered by a trusted, regulated partner practitioner working with our clinic, so your care stays joined up and your records stay in one place.

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care and screening complement, and do not replace, being registered with an NHS GP or national NHS screening programmes.
  • This service is delivered by a trusted, regulated partner practitioner working with our clinic, so your care stays joined up and your records stay in one place.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Common questions

What’s the difference between osteopathy and physiotherapy?

They overlap. Osteopathy is more hands-on and whole-body; physiotherapy leans more towards exercise and rehab. We can help you choose or combine them.

Is osteopathy safe?

Yes, with a regulated osteopath and proper assessment. Techniques are tailored to you, with gentler options where needed.

Do I need a referral?

No — we’ll arrange it for you and keep your care joined up with the rest of your treatment here.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. Your osteopath will discuss a realistic plan at the first visit.
