Not for emergencies. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.

For women

Common, and very treatable

  • Stress and urge incontinence (bladder leaks)
  • Postnatal recovery and tummy-gap (diastasis)
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Pelvic pain and painful sex
  • Menopause-related pelvic and bladder changes
  • Preparation for, and recovery after, gynaecological surgery

For men

Pelvic physio helps men too

  • Incontinence after prostate surgery
  • Chronic pelvic pain
  • Bladder symptoms linked to the pelvic floor

How it works

Respectful, effective care

  1. A thorough assessment (with your consent, an internal examination where appropriate).
  2. A personalised exercise and bladder/bowel programme.
  3. Hands-on techniques and biofeedback where helpful.
  4. Progress reviews to keep you improving.

Dignity & consent

Discreet, and at your pace

Nothing to be embarrassed about

We do this every day. Your dignity and consent are central; a chaperone is available, and nothing happens without your agreement.

Good to know

Safe, joined-up care

GMC-registered clinicians, CQC-registered clinic

You’re seen by GMC-registered clinicians at our CQC-registered Whitechapel clinic. We keep clear, confidential records and, with your consent, share a summary with your NHS GP so your care stays joined up. A chaperone is available for any examination on request, at no charge.

You don’t need to be registered with us, and private care complements — it doesn’t replace — being registered with an NHS GP.

What we don’t do here

  • We are not an emergency service. For anything serious or life-threatening, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice any time, NHS 111 is available 24/7.
  • We are an outpatient clinic and do not provide hospital admission or inpatient care.
  • Private care complements, and does not replace, being registered with an NHS GP.

Fees

Clear, up-front pricing

Consultation and assessment fees are set out on our price list, and any tests or treatments are explained and priced clearly before you go ahead — no surprises. Some services are priced on enquiry; just ask the clinic team.
